Villa Julie College LogoDesigned training for 12 graduate faculty teaching 20 courses via Blackboard in Villa Julie's their new online Forensic Studies degree program. On-ground, on-line, and one-to-one training to develop this program in 5 months and meet Middle States Accreditation standards, also using Quality Matters standards as the foundation. Training materials based on the best instructional strategies to meet stated outcomes. Outcomes, content, assignments (assessments) were matched and aligned.

Quality Matters Project  2002Present

In this FIPSE (federally) funded project,
we use the QM rubric to assess and develop quality standards for course re-design. Dr. McMahon’s graduate Leadership Development course was the first graduate course nationally to meet the QM standards. Worked with faculty on the Instructional Design of courses that don’t meet standards.
Continues to be a Master Reviewer for the QM project after the Grant. Uses the latest QM rubric as the foundation for online course development.

Florida State Park Service 2006-Present

Working at the Koreshan State Historic Site in Estero, Florida,  designed the Volunteer Orientation Training and training on the Care and Preservation of Furnishings.  These were based on the National Park Standards. Also worked on research grants for the Restoration of the Large Machine Shop c.1905 and a Traveling Trunks program for area schools.
